Established in 1974, Kiel Developments is a locally owned and operated real estate development company. Kiel Developments has completed numerous successful projects involving residential subdivisions, residential and multi-unit residential housing as well as industrial and commercial construction. During the 1970's and 80's Kiel Developments prospered through speculative home construction targeting all levels of housing from the modest single family home to upscale executive housing. Over time Kiel Developments expanded into the areas of land development, commercial
projects and multi-unit construction.
